Skating is fun, easy to learn and the best low impact aerobic workout you can do. Even if you have never been on skates come on out so you can see what it's like. We will cover the basics and get you to a point where you are comfortable skating safely!

What You'll Learn:

  • Choosing the right skate for your skill level & interest
  • Skating postures/habits the right way
  • Finding your comfort zone - balance, rolling forwards & striding
  • Gaining Control - slowing down, stopping & turning techniques
