If you purchased directly from TennisRacquets.com - Follow the Steps Below To Process Your Return:
TennisRacquets.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase ship date to return your item in the same condition that it was received. Returned items will receive a full refund, less any original shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be completed.
If you return an item that has been lightly used/worn, you will be refunded the purchase price, less 25% and any original shipping costs. Please note, we can refuse any return at our discretion if returned in a condition that reflects moderate to heavy use and wear & tear.
All returns received 30 days after purchase ship date will receive a store credit.
Note: Slinger Bag Returns CANNOT be returned via the below policy. You must contact Customer Care at (833) 238-8800 for a Return Authorization # and a Prepaid Return Label for your return to be processed. A $100 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount. Returns MUST be shipped back within 30 days of purchase date. Used Slinger Bags are not eligible for Return.
Note: MGI Electric Golf Cart Returns - CANNOT be returned via the below policy. You must contact Customer Care at (833) 238-8800 for a Return Authorization # and Call Tag for your return to be processed. Returns MUST be shipped back within 30 days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for cost of return freight. Used items will result in a 30% restocking fee and must include all the original packaging.
Easy Returns
1. Print a Return Label HERE.
The fee for most items for this service is $8.99 per label. The return fee for golf sets, push/pull carts & golf bags for this service is $24.99. The amount will be deducted from your refund. This system is for orders placed directly through TennisRacquets.com only.
2. Or use a Carrier of Your Choice
Return your item(s) by mail with the carrier of your choice to:

3. Packaging Your Return
To ensure a speedy refund, follow these guidelines when packaging your return item(s):
- All items must be returned in their original condition. This means that items should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (ie. smoke or pet hair).
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with any/all manufacturer tags and accessories.
Racquet & Paddle Returns
- If you are returning a racquet that you had strung, and the original packaging has not been removed, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- If TennisRacquets.com’s Stringing Service was used, the cost of the string will NOT be refunded.
- If you are returning a racquet that you had strung and the original packaging has been removed, this racquet is now considered used. You will be refunded up to $70 once your racquet is returned and inspected by our Returns Department.
Footwear & Skate Returns
- If items are returned and do not meet the above criteria under #3, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- DO NOT use the original manufacture box as the shipping box. Simply re-package the item(s) the way they were sent to you in the original TennisRacquets.com shipping box/bag or similar. If the manufacturer box is used as the shipping box, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Apparel Returns
- If clothing items are returned without the original packaging and/or the original tags, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- Clothing items that are returned & have visible signs of wear & tear will be returned to the customer via USPS.
