Tennis Racquet Demo Program

Due to the current restrictions around COVID-19, our Demo Program has temporarily been suspended to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Select up to 3 racquets to demo.
When your shipment arrives, make sure to keep all original packaging AND the pre-paid return label that will be inside the box.
You have 1 week to play with your demo tennis racquets after your shipment has arrived.
Repackage the racquets, attach the pre-paid return label, return to any staffed UPS shipping center.

NOTE**Demo racquets will be shipped separately if you have ordered other products.

FAQ's:

Q: What is the cost?
A: Demo racquets are complimentary! Just pay shipping which is only $19.95. Only a credit card can be used to pay for the shipping fee.

Q: When will my demo racquets arrive?
A: Occasionally the racquets will need to be serviced from a previous demo before they can be shipped out to you but the racquets will arrive within 5 business days.

Q: Can I keep the racquets for more than 7 days?
A: No, we are sorry but because of the popularity of the program we must restrict the period to 7 days. For example, If you receive them on a Monday please ship them back to us the following Monday.

Q: What if I return them late?
A: Again, because of the popularity of the program there is a late fee of $5 per racquet, per day. Your credit card will be charged the full price of the racquets if they are more than 7 days late.
